Privacy Policy

DOSE has no accounts and no login. Everything you enter — your kids' names, your activity history, your notes — is stored only on your own device. We cannot see it, and it is never uploaded to us.

Children never use DOSE and never interact with it. It is an app for parents.

• The names, ages and favourites you add for each child
• Which activities and texts you have completed, and any notes you attached
• Your streak, your reminder time, and any activities you added yourself

This data is held in your device's standard app storage. It is included in your device backup if you have backups turned on, which is controlled by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Only two things, and neither includes anything about your children:

• Your purchase. When you buy DOSE, the transaction is handled by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is valid. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and the purchase receipt — not your name, email, or any content you entered in the app.
• If you email us or use the contact form. We receive whatever you send us, so we can reply.

• No advertising, and no advertising identifiers
• No analytics or tracking SDKs in the app
• No selling or sharing of personal information
• No profiles about you or your children

If you turn on the daily reminder, it is scheduled by your own device. Nothing is sent from a server, and we do not know whether you opened it.

DOSE is intended for parents and carers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Information you enter about your child stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Because we do not hold your app data, there is nothing for us to delete on request — you remove it by deleting the app. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to hello@dosekids.app and we will remove it.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
